1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 456b platform ("Site", "we", or "456b") and the user ("you" or "member"). These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means withdrawals can be made after wagering 25 times the bonus deposit amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳4,000, you will receive a ৳6,000 bonus (150%). To withdraw the bonus, you must wager a total of ৳6,000 × 25 = ৳150,000.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute only partially — please check the detailed terms of each offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program and Cashback

The 456b VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's activity and regular participation. Specific benefits and terms for each tier apply separately.

5 Betting and Gameplay Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the 456b platform are operated following fair play principles. Game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

5.2 Maximum Bet Amount

The maximum bet limit when playing with bonus funds is stated in the terms of each offer. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server disruption, 456b will investigate the situation and provide a reasonable resolution. 456b reserves the right to cancel winnings awarded due to a technical error.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and other sports. Once the outcome of a bet has been determined, it cannot be changed.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded.
• A change in the match venue may affect bets placed on that match.
• Odds for sports events may change at any time; once a bet is placed, the odds at that time remain in effect.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456b platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or strategic fraud within the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to infiltrate the system using hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other members.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 456b's Authority

456b may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any violation of these Terms.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• In the event of failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
• If a member refuses to complete identity verification.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
